Onboarding Sign-ups for the My Whenua portal have doubled in the last 10 months (from 3,200 to 7,700). The portal is now Te Tumu Paeroa’s second largest communications channel/service after their website.
By improving the overall user experience for My Whenua’s onboarding process, we dramatically changed how far people went in completing the process.
The online instructional video is one of the most viewed on Te Tumu Paeroa’s Youtube channel. It has had over 10,000 views in the last 10 months.
